Virgin Trains 1997-2019

Good old Virgin Trains. While not to everybody's liking (a bit like Marmite; you either love it or hate it), there's no denying that Virgin Trains has been quite an iconic brand of West Coast Main Line operation over the last 22 years.
Today (Saturday 7th December 2019) marks the final day of the existence of Virgin Trains, as they prepare to step down gracefully and hand over the reigns of the West Coast to its successor, Avanti West Coast. From the company that gave us the Pendolinos, Voyagers, and for a time a Mk3/DVT set, we salute you.
Virgin Trains 1997-2019
